Apartment Booking:

1. To book an apartment first, you need to choose a rental that suites you, then fill out the contact information form correctly and press To Register button. It is recommended that you book your apartments at least one week in advance.
2. When booking a rental for 3 or more days with paying an advance of one day’s rent, we guarantee you’re staying at the very apartment you have booked, except for force majeures such as any industrial accidents in the building, cold or hot water shut down, electrical issues, canalization system breakdown and other reasons beyond our control. In force majeure situation, your apartment will be changed to the one of the same price range and of the same (or higher) rental class. After receiving your one day’s advance, we will send you a conformation with apartment’s full address.
3. When booking without paying an advance or booking an apartment for less than 3 days we DO NOT guarantee you moving in the very apartment you have booked, however, we are counting upon your arrival and will prepare an appropriate rental for you. This reservation is considered Floating which means that upon your arrival the rental you have chosen could be changed for the one of the same price range and of the same (or higher) rental class.

The booking becomes valid after you have received a conformation letter of a certain format from our manager.

Before your arrival you have to confirm your appearance by any way suitable to you. (view "contact information").

In case of the change of your plans, we ask you to contact us with the information about booking change or cancelation as soon as possible!

Booking Cancellation Policy:

1. We accept the cancelation information only in the written form by e-mail (view "contact information") !
2. In case of booking cancelation more than 8 days prior to your arrival, the deposit is returned in full amount (if the payment is not made in cash the bank commission is withheld).
3. In case of booking cancelation 7 to 3 days prior to the arrival, only 50% of the initial deposit and 100% of transfer advance are returned.
   
4. In case of booking cancelation less than 3 days prior to the arrival, the deposit is not refunded.
